Welcome to MarTech London! This Privacy Policy explains how Dexata collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application, Martech London (the “App”).
1. No Personal Data Collected
We do not collect or require any personally identifiable information (PII). There is no account creation, login, or collection of names, email addresses, phone numbers, or location data.
2. Local Device Storage
All user activity, such as events you view, wishlist, as well as your reminders and notifications, are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us or any third-party services.
3. Notifications
Push Notifications: We may send push notifications to inform you about newly added martech events. These require your permission, which will be requested by the app.
Local Notifications: The app may also trigger local reminders for events you have wishlisted. These are handled by your device and are not sent from a remote server.
You can manage or disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
4. Battery Optimisation Suggestion
To ensure timely delivery of reminders, the app may display a popup suggesting that you remove Martech London from battery optimization settings. This is only a local suggestion and does not collect or transmit data.
5. No Data Sharing
We do not share any user data with third parties. The app does not include analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking services.
6. Data Security
Because all user data is stored locally and we do not collect personal data, privacy risks are minimal. Users can delete saved data by clearing the app’s data or you may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
7. Data Retention Policy
We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you’d like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at test@dwao.in and they will respond in a reasonable time.
8. Policy Changes
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of those changes.
