— PRACTICAL AND HANDS ON
More Than a Lab
Experience Labs have been three years in the making. Not three years of slow progress — three years of asking the right question: what does genuinely useful, hands-on learning look like for MarTech practitioners?
The answer wasn’t another webinar. It wasn’t a workshop with slides and a follow-up PDF. It was this , a small group of practitioners, laptops open, building something real in a live environment, with experts in the room.
When Adobe came on board as our first partner to co-host, it felt like the right moment to bring it to life.
“Thirty minutes in the room, Adobe Target practitioners had discussed the value of recommendations and were in the sandbox building them. That’s the format working.”
— Charlie Nicholls, CMO

The Recommendations Don't
Build Themselves.
Recommendations in Adobe Target has a reputation for complexity — feeds, criteria, designs, collections. The only real way to demystify that is to build it yourself, with the right people alongside you.
Every attendee left with a live Recommendations activity they’d configured from scratch in a real Adobe Target sandbox. Not a slide deck. Something they could open on Monday morning.

The Experience Lab series continues. Topics for the next session will be drawn from what attendees asked for — auto-personalisation, complex A/B testing, Adobe Target to email integration, feature flagging, and AI agents.
Spaces are limited to keep the format intimate and hands-on.
