Role Overview

We are a London-based MarTech and experience optimisation agency working with global brands. We are seeking a Growth Lead (BDR) with strong MarTech experience to fuel our sales pipeline by identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and booking high-quality meetings for our leadership team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys opening doors, and has hands-on experience in marketing technology, data, and digital experience optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential target accounts within our ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book meetings for our CEO, CMO and Account Executives.
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities in our CRM.
  • Work closely with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and event attendees.
  • Tailor outreach messaging to reflect prospect needs and our agency’s solutions.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline prospecting, enhance personalisation, and scale outreach efficiently.
  • Track engagement metrics and continually refine outreach sequences to improve results.
  • Qualify prospects to ensure meetings booked are aligned with target client profiles.
  • Automate repetitive admin tasks to maximise time spent on high-value conversations.
  • Support lead nurturing activities between initial contact and conversion.
  • Represent the agency confidently and credibly in early conversations with prospective clients.

Skills & Experience

Essential:
  • 3 years’+ experience in BDR, SDR, or lead generation roles in MarTech, SaaS, or digital agencies.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology, digital analytics, or CRO/experience optimisation.
  • Proven success in booking meetings with senior stakeholders (CMOs, Heads of Digital, Heads of Marketing).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), and AI-powered prospecting tools.
  • Strong understanding of outreach sequencing and automation platforms (Apollo.io, Outreach.io, Lemlist, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalise at scale.
  • Proactive in exploring and adopting new tools, AI technologies, automation methods, and innovative prospecting methodologies.
Desirable:
  • Experience targeting enterprise brands in sectors like telecoms, travel, retail, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for drafting and refining prospect outreach.
