Additionally, the client wanted a faster time to execute use cases. We helped the company improve their experimentation velocity by providing strategic advice and guidance, operational support and process optimisation.

Developing and implementing template-based approach, including a Pre-Experimentation Checklist and Pre-Launch QA Analysis Checklist enabled us to accelerate and scale their experimentation practices. Continuous collaboration to optimise and streamline their processes leading to a 50% increase in the number of experiments and 41% reduction in average experiment go-live time,  shortening it from 17 days to 10 days.
